A place where community, creativity, spirituality & celebration come together

Located in the heart of the picturesque township of Blackwood, St Martin’s Chapel is a beautifully restored heritage building offering a warm and versatile space for a wide range of gatherings. Built in 1896 as a Methodist church and becoming part of the Uniting Church in Australia in 1977, the chapel has served generations of local families—hosting worship services, baptisms, weddings, and funerals. In recent years, the chapel has been thoughtfully renovated to reflect its new role as a shared community space. Today, St Martin’s Chapel is a vibrant venue that blends historic charm with modern amenities, host to a wide range of private, public and community events.
